Yes, all graphic design work will be managed directly through me (Shanna)! I have great contacts in the creative industry, so if you need any copywriting, photography, illustration or SEO work, I can send you in the right direction.

I am more than happy to offer a payment plan that works best for you for my branding packages and website designs. Please contact me for more information.

Yes, it’s best to have the expectation that I will be booked 4 weeks in advance. If you have an urgent request, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

For any job quotes totalling over $1000AUD, I require a deposit of 20% before commencing work.

I don’t offer a printing service, but I can guide you through the printing process, recommend local printers and liaise with the printer if needed.

Please have a business name ready - this is not a service I offer but there are professionals you can consult if you need help with your business name. You will also need to have filled out the branding questionnaire that I will send to you before I can commence your branding design.

Please have a logo that you are happy with and reflects your brand. If you don’t yet have a logo or would like to rebrand, please let me know and I can create a custom website & branding package.

If you have any images you would like to use on your website, these will need to be supplied.

You will also need to supply your own website copy - if you would like to outsource this, I can refer you a copywriter in my network.

During the website design, I can work to choose fonts and a colour scheme that best reflects your business, so please don’t stress if you don’t have a complete brand before starting your website.

Squarespace is a template based website builder, which is most suited to small to medium businesses. It has great flexibility, mobile responsiveness and beautiful design features.

Additionally, most of the businesses I work with want to feel empowered to update their own website, and do not have the means to have a web developer on retainer to update their website. Squarespace gives my clients the independence to update their own website. I provide tutorials on how to update the content on Squarespace if requested.

Yes, absolutely! Please just let me know in your enquiry that you have an exisiting domain and we will work out the best way to transfer this.

No, my fee is solely for design and set up of your website. I can send you information on the fees associated with Squarespace.

Yes, absolutely! We can discuss a custom package for monthly website updates.
